Charlotte
Charlotte is a professional dancer turned Physiotherapist. She brings her passion and Irish charm to everything she does - including helping you reach your personal training goals.
Byron
This fit dad is our most experienced team member, with lots of years of working as a personal trainer on his CV. He's patient and careful, but will go out of his way to help you get the best out of your workout session.
Samuel
Samuel has years of experience as a volleyball player, but has left his career to focus more on CrossFit and Powerlifting. He's French, but does speak and understand Dutch. As a physiotherapist he can help with all sorts of aspects of moving and working out.
Clarisse
Our bubbly French team member. Clarisse loves to sneak in some deep core pilates exercices into clients program. She also teach HIIT group classes every weeks so be sure she’ll upgrade your hunger for challenge!
Thijmen
Owner and Personal Trainer of the Garage Gym - Thijmen is specialized in strength- and progressive training. He has over 10 years of experience and is very thorough in his sessions, but he is always up for a laugh, which is why his clients love working with him.
emese
Emese is a physiotherapist and health specialist. She loves to show clients how simple movements can help them achieve their goals. She speaks Dutch, English and Hungarian. She is very swift with beginners, her energy will make you do everything but also she can’t resist a good HIIT training. You can find her at our classes in the weekend as well.

FAQ's personal training
A Personal Trainer creates a tailor-made program, especially for you, with which he or she helps you achieve your goals and wishes. This can be anything, from becoming stronger to fitter, from help with physical complaints or injuries to getting back on track after pregnancy. But also just for fun!
All our trainers are highly experienced, certified and specialists in personal training. They all have their own specialization, which you can help you choose the best trainer for you. You can find these under their profile photos.
You can pay per session or purchase a package. 1 Personal Training session costs 75 euros, 1 Duo session costs 90 euros. The packages then consist of 5 (325 euros), 10 (650 euros), 20 (1267.50 euros), 30 (1852.50 euros), 40 (2405 euros) and 50 (2925 euros). euro sessions. For Duo training packages, an additional 15 euros is added for each trainingen. This means that, for example, you pay 150 euros extra for 10 training sessions and 300 euros extra for 20 training sessions, and so on.
Because the trainer makes time available for the participant, in the event of absence, the training must be canceled no later than 24 hours before the training is scheduled. In case of late cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
You can book a Free Trial on our website via the Book Your Free Trial button. This will take you to our personal BSport portal. When booking you must choose your preferred trainer, location and time. Please note: your booking is only confirmed when you have completed all steps correctly and received a confirmation email.
