Thijmen Visee founded the Garage Gym in 2020 based on a brilliant concept: compact, exclusive and individual. The essence of training lies in concentration and personal engagement that can be hampered by an overwhelming crowd at traditional gyms. That's where our unique solution comes into play - we offer you your own private space to work out without any distractions or interruptions from others. It feels like having access to your very own gym equipped solely for you!
The Garage Gym has expanded its reach to two different locations and is currently in the process of planning for more. We are proud to have a team of eight highly committed Personal Trainers, each with their unique set of skills that can help you achieve your fitness goals. Our primary objective is pushing our clients further towards success by offering various programs such as Strength Training, HIIT Workouts, (Post) Pregnancy Exercises, Pilates Classes, Running Sessions, Injury Recovery Programs and Stress Relief Techniques - all designed to cater specifically for your needs!

Clarisse
Our bubbly French team member. Clarisse loves to sneak in some deep core pilates exercices into clients program. She also teach HIIT group classes every weeks so be sure she’ll upgrade your hunger for challenge!
Thijmen
Owner and Personal Trainer of the Garage Gym - Thijmen is specialized in strength- and progressive training. He has over 10 years of experience and is very thorough in his sessions, but he is always up for a laugh, which is why his clients love working with him.
Floortje
Former professional dancer, now a kickboxing competitor, ready to share my passion and expertise in movement and weight training. Let's turn workouts into fun adventures and cultivate a love for fitness and self-improvement together!
Byron
This fit dad is our most experienced team member, with lots of years of working as a personal trainer on his CV. He's patient and careful, but will go out of his way to help you get the best out of your workout session.
Samuel
Samuel has years of experience as a volleyball player, but has left his career to focus more on CrossFit and Powerlifting. He's French, but does speak and understand Dutch. As a physiotherapist he can help with all sorts of aspects of moving and working out.
emese
Emese is a physiotherapist and health specialist. She loves to show clients how simple movements can help them achieve their goals. She speaks Dutch, English and Hungarian. She is very swift with beginners, her energy will make you do everything but also she can’t resist a good HIIT training. You can find her at our classes in the weekend as well.
Charlotte
Charlotte is a professional dancer turned Physiotherapist. She brings her passion and Irish charm to everything she does - including helping you reach your personal training goals.
