Personal Training
At the Garage Gym we believe in tailoring your workout to fit you like a glove. No 2 people are alike and that's why it's crucial for us to create an individualized plan just for you. Whatever works best! Our process starts with an intake to get-to-know-each other, where we take the time to understand what your motivation is. Together we will map out a path towards your goals!

Group Sessions
Our workouts vary in intensity, but always include an awesome blend of strength-building exercises and stretches that will leave your body feeling stronger and mobile.
The small group workouts consist of a maximum of 8 individuals, which gives it a personal training experience. We will guide you through the workout, focussing on improving your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
emese
Emese is a physiotherapist and health specialist. She loves to show clients how simple movements can help them achieve their goals. She speaks Dutch, English and Hungarian. She is very swift with beginners, her energy will make you do everything but also she can’t resist a good HIIT training. You can find her at our classes in the weekend as well.
Byron
This fit dad is our most experienced team member, with lots of years of working as a personal trainer on his CV. He's patient and careful, but will go out of his way to help you get the best out of your workout session.
Samuel
Samuel has years of experience as a volleyball player, but has left his career to focus more on CrossFit and Powerlifting. He's French, but does speak and understand Dutch. As a physiotherapist he can help with all sorts of aspects of moving and working out.
Clarisse
Our bubbly French team member. Clarisse loves to sneak in some deep core pilates exercices into clients program. She also teach HIIT group classes every weeks so be sure she’ll upgrade your hunger for challenge!
Thijmen
Owner and Personal Trainer of the Garage Gym - Thijmen is specialized in strength- and progressive training. He has over 10 years of experience and is very thorough in his sessions, but he is always up for a laugh, which is why his clients love working with him.
Charlotte
Charlotte is a professional dancer turned Physiotherapist. She brings her passion and Irish charm to everything she does - including helping you reach your personal training goals.

FAQ's
We are a personal studio where personal attention is central. With us everything is compact, exclusive and personal. We offer you a private space to train without distraction from others and with all equipment at your disposal. All this under the guidance of a specialized Personal Trainer.
During our Personal Training sessions we offer strength training, HIIT, (post) pregnancy training, running training, box training, injury recovery, de-stressing, mobility, flexibility and much more. The group lessons usually consist of a combination of strength, HIIT, mobility and flexibility.
For Personal Training we offer packages for Single and Duo training. You can pay per session, but also purchase a package of 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 training sessions. The larger the package, the cheaper. You can pay for the group sessions per session or purchase a package of 10 sessions.
You can book a Free Trial Training on our website via the Book your class Training button. This will take you to our personal BSport portal. When booking you must choose your preferred trainer, location and time. You can also book a Personal Training or group session in this portal. Please note: your booking is only confirmed when you have completed all steps correctly and received a confirmation email.
