Our workouts vary in intensity, but always include an awesome blend of strength-building exercises and stretches that will leave your body feeling stronger and mobile.
The small group workouts consist of a maximum of 8 individuals, which gives it a personal training experience. We will guide you through the workout, focussing on improving your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness.

Samuel
Samuel has years of experience as a volleyball player, but has left his career to focus more on CrossFit and Powerlifting. He's French, but does speak and understand Dutch. As a physiotherapist he can help with all sorts of aspects of moving and working out.
emese
Emese is a physiotherapist and health specialist. She loves to show clients how simple movements can help them achieve their goals. She speaks Dutch, English and Hungarian. She is very swift with beginners, her energy will make you do everything but also she can’t resist a good HIIT training. You can find her at our classes in the weekend as well.
Charlotte
Charlotte is a professional dancer turned Physiotherapist. She brings her passion and Irish charm to everything she does - including helping you reach your personal training goals.

The Garage Gym has two beautiful locations in the center of Amsterdam. Both locations are nicely designed and are fully equipped with the best work-out gear. Yet our location at Plantage is much more suited for Group Training. So Please join us at Plantage for a motivating Group Session.

When visiting the Group Sessions page on our website you can click on the Book Your Class Here button and register for the desired session. Don't forget to pay for this immediately, otherwise your booking will not be valid.
No, these only take place at the Plantage location (Lagte Kadijk 43).
You can pay per session (15 euros) or buy a package of 10 sessions (135 euros). If you have purchased a package of 10 group lessons, each lesson will be automatically debited when you have made a booking. You will receive a message when your package has run out.
We can be booked via ClassPass, not via OneFit.
